Compared with the processing methods of die-casting alloy and profile, the equipment used is different. Its raw materials are aluminum ingot (purity about 92%) and alloy materials, which are melted in the furnace and molded in the die-casting machine. The shape of die-casting aluminum products can be designed like toys, with different shapes, which is convenient for connection in various directions. In addition, it has high hardness and strength, and can be mixed with zinc into zinc aluminum alloy at the same time.
Die casting aluminum forming process is divided into:

On the other hand, in the production process of die-casting aluminum, it can only be manufactured with molds. The cost of molds is very expensive, which is higher than that of injection molds and other molds.
